The Verdi brothers have been producing vinegar since 1955, and this is the best Quality Guarantee you can get. Their excellent vinegar is obtained through a well thought-after processing and an accurate selection of wines.

In 1979, the Verdi brothers were the first ones in their product sector to create a DOCG red vinegar - which was obtained from a "Chianti" wine aged in oak casks - and a white vinegar made with "Bianco Vergine della Valdichiana". They also make bio-vinegar, an excellent apple vinegar and aromatic vinegar according to Modena's traditional recipe. The flavour sour taste and alcohol residue of Verdi's vinegar selection make it perfect for healthy and natural cooking.
